Google and YouTube API data
Animatars Publisher uses YouTube API Services to connect YouTube channels that a user explicitly authorizes and to perform publishing actions requested by that user.
Data we access. When a user connects a YouTube channel, the application may access the authorized Google account and YouTube channel identifiers, channel information, video and playlist metadata, upload and processing status, and other data necessary to publish and manage the user's YouTube content. The application also receives OAuth access and refresh tokens that allow it to perform the authorized actions. Animatars Publisher does not request or store a user's Google or YouTube password.
How we use the data. We use this information only to connect the authorized channel; upload, schedule, update, and manage videos and related metadata at the user's direction; display publishing status and errors; and maintain the association between the user and the channels they have authorized. We do not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, credit decisions, surveillance, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and security. OAuth tokens and authorized API data are retained only for as long as needed to provide the connected publishing service or satisfy legitimate legal and security obligations. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and systems, and data is transmitted using industry-standard encryption. We do not request or retain Google account passwords.
Sharing. We share authorized data with Google and YouTube as necessary to perform actions requested by the user and with service providers that help us securely operate the application. We do not sell Google or YouTube user data, and we do not allow unauthorized third parties to access it.
Revoking access and deletion. Users may revoke Animatars Publisher's access at any time through Google Account permissions: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
Users may also contact us using the privacy contact listed on this page to request disconnection and deletion of stored Google or YouTube API data. After revocation or a valid deletion request, we will delete the related stored authorization data as soon as reasonably possible and within seven calendar days, except where retention is legally required. Revoking or deleting data held by Animatars Publisher does not delete content stored by YouTube; users must use YouTube to delete content from YouTube itself.
Google and YouTube policies. Animatars Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy
Use of YouTube-connected features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy:
